How long before I see results?
Results depend on two things: where you start, and how fully you apply the work between sessions.
That is the honest answer, and anyone who gives you a different

What happens when I book my Clarity Call?
You will receive a confirmation with the call details and a short research form that takes about five minutes. The form means we skip the small talk and spend the full call on you.
On the call we look at where you are now and what you want to build. By the end you will know whether working together is the right fit, and if it is not, you will still leave with your next steps clearer than when you arrived.
What happens if I need to miss or move a session?
Life happens, and the programme is built for real life. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and your agreement sets out exactly how that works,
including planned breaks like holidays.
You will read all of it before you sign anything.
What support do I have between sessions?
You are not on your own between calls. You have direct message support and email access with me and structured check-ins throughout the programme, so momentum does not depend on session days alone.
